ideal location quality furnishings
The location was ideal. The rooms were ALWAYS super clean and well kept. It included quality furnishings. I appreciated the daily replacement of tea, coffee, and bottled water. It added a touch of luxury.
The window opened ONLY a tiny bit, making the room feel a bit claustrophobic.

The staff was cute! they were friendly and efficient. The restaurant and bar offered excellent food. The entire space maintained high cleanliness standards. I appreciate the lovely conservatory view.

I found the check-in process quick and efficient. The room was clean and well-kept . I appreciated that. The bar had a good vibe, AND the prices were reasonable. The location is close to the town centre and directly on the beach, ideal for sightseeing.

The staff was very cute, friendly, and helpful. the food was more than excellent. It was tasty and well presented. the whole hotel was super clean, including the public toilets.
The room seemed like an oven. It was small and very hot. the fan did little to cool the space. sleeping was difficult because of the heat.

Mixed Experience, Ventilation and Breakfast Issues

stale dinner odor limited toiletries
The staff was polite and efficient.
The ventilation was insufficient. The lobby had an odor of stale roast dinner on arrival, and a breakfast "odour" lingered in the breakfast room. I found very few toiletries in the small bathroom, besides shampoo, body wash, soap, and lotion.
